Easter will be here in just a few days! Easter Sunday has always been my second favorite day of the year, after Christmas. I woke up with great anticipation on Easter when I was a kid. I love everything about it: the pretty clothes, the candy, the colors, and, most of all, the victory. Victory over sin and death forever. What a day!
Just for fun, I thought I’d show y’all a few Easter pictures of my little people through the past few years. It’s fun to see how they’ve grown. I think the main thing you’ll notice is that I don’t have a gift for posing people. The standard stand-by-a-brick-wall pose seems to be my specialty.
I also want to point you to a post I wrote last Easter called Empty Easter Eggs. Please share it with mamas you know who are struggling to enjoy the experience of living life with these needy little people we call our children.
And now, without further ado, I present “Easter Dresses and Brick Walls.”
Happy Easter week, y’all!
Laura
