I’ve been sort of missing from my own blog this week! My apologies. It’s been a busy, fun, interesting, slightly stressful week so far. Thanks so much for your prayers for the women’s dinner I spoke at on Tuesday night in Vernon. I had so much fun getting to meet the women, and one of my favorite things is seeing a church building I’ve never seen before. Theirs is really beautiful!
When Chad and I went to San Antonio on vacation last year, we were staying near First Baptist Church, and we called and asked for a tour of the building. A really kind employee of the church gave us the grand tour, and it was just fascinating. I’m pretty sure that makes us church dorks.
Tonight we kicked off our Wednesday night kids’ program at church, and I had a ball. If you’re wondering how it went, I have three words for you: Toilet. Paper. Guns. Google it. You’ll be glad you did.
